River Recreation, Inc
The riverbed of the Klickitat River lies deep in the volcanic plateau southeast of Mount Adams. The Klickitat is quite similar to the White Salmon in that it also cuts a steep, narrow canyon, only much deeper with rock walls extending on either side for hundreds of feet. There are so many rapids on this fifteen miles of river that most remain unnamed to this day.
Guides, instruction, rafts, equipment, wetsuits, shuttle transportation, and, of course, our famous riverside lunch buffet (Currently testing out lunch options) are all included. Let us know if there is anything special you'd like and we'll try to accommodate you.
